Terms of Reference (TOR) for Video Documentary - 23/11/2009

SPRING is interested in having a video documentary of its project activities with special emphasis on highlighting the impacts on communities and beneficiaries.

The documentary would be produced from January 15th 2009 to August 31st 2010 and would ensure that a broad scope of SPRING activities were documented. The final video would be part of the SPRING final project report in December 2010.

Terms of Reference (TOR) for Mid-Term Evaluation November 2009

The SPRING institutional contract requires a mid-term evaluation.  As the SPRING contract terminates 12 December 2010, the project is at mid-term and now requires the services of an independent evaluator to conduct the mid-term review.  USAID/Kampala has asked the SPRING project to solicit proposals from interested and experienced firms or organizations to conduct this evaluation.
